Lois Cerullo and David Vickers… married? Color us intrigued.
General Hospital leading lady Rena Sofer has been working on a movie in her spare time. And her on-screen husband in it? None other than One Life to Live vet Tuc Watkins.
The Soap Stars’ Team-Up
The flick is Death On the Brandywine, a twisty-turny whodunit in which, per its official logline, “an aging politician is found dead at his home.
The police declare it suicide, but amateur sleuth Professor Millie Park is not convinced. In her investigation, she lays bare a family consumed by sibling rivalry and unchecked ambition.”

Sofer’s character, to her delight, lacks the smarts that most of her roles possess. “I’ve never played a ditz before,” she tells Soap Opera Digest. “It’s a nice change of pace.”
The cast also includes All My Children legend Walt Willey (Jackson) and Grey’s Anatomy alum Kate Burton (who played Meredith Grey’s late mother, Ellis).
Their Past Connection
Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time that Sofer and Watkins have been castmates. They missed one another on Melrose Place, but toward the end of her initial run on General Hospital in the late 1990s, he passed through the soap as the nefarious Dr. Pierce Dorman before bringing David back to Llanview and One Life to Live.
